Laura is a Sr. Google Delivery Manager at Daston, a Google Premier Partner and three-time Federal Civilian Google Cloud Partner of the Year. She leads large-scale Google Workspace engagements as both a project manager and change management strategist, driving organizations through migrations, deployments, and adoption with a focus on stakeholder alignment, training, and long-term enablement.

Laura currently manages a portfolio of high-profile Google Workspace projects across the public and private sectors, including the U.S. Department of Transportation (FAA), URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People), the United Nations Development Programme, the UN Secretariat, FINRA, and NYC Health + Hospitals. Her work spans discovery and deployment planning through go-live support, executive training, and post-migration enablement.

She is passionate about helping organizations unlock the full potential of Google Workspace and Gemini, moving teams beyond implementation into real transformation.

Prior to Daston, Laura spent 18 years in project management and advocacy across the private and public sectors. She served as Director of Business Advocacy for the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, where she championed pro-business policies and initiatives. Before that, she worked in state and local government and managed political campaigns. This background gives her a unique perspective on stakeholder management, organizational change, and navigating complex institutional environments.
