About Drew

Drew Boone is a Google Cloud Certified Professional Google Workspace Administrator and Associate Cloud Engineer. He has 7 years of experience in the Google Cloud ecosystem and specializes in Google Workspace deployments, data migrations and Chrome deployments.

Prior to joining Daston as a Google Cloud SME, Drew worked for another Google partner as a Senior Google Workspace Engineer. He specialized in deploying and supporting Google Workspace for a variety of industries in both public and private sectors. He helped pioneer the secure implementation of Google Workspace, Google Classroom and ChromeOS in several state Departments of Correction and Departments of Youth Services, providing greater educational opportunities for student inmates to reduce recidivism and facilitate community reintegration. 

Before specializing in the Google Cloud ecosystem, Drew worked as the Directory of Technology in the non-profit and private sector. These roles provided experience in a broad range of technological skills including network design, systems architecture and support, end-user support and product development. 

Drew lives with his family in Colorado and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and is a long time volunteer with Scouting America. He also enjoys photography, scale modeling and a variety of creative pursuits.
