Senior NetSuite Consultant/Architect

Daston Corporation is seeking a talented individual to join our growing team to deliver NetSuite + DCAA-on-Demand solutions.  In your role, you will conduct product demos and architect client ERP solutions in NetSuite.  As Senior Consultant you will lead Daston implementations, provide end-user training, and provide support services to our clients. The Senior Consultant role will be responsible for implementing NetSuite across a diverse set of verticals for our government contracting clients. Demonstrated experience in implementing cloud-based ERP solutions for government contractors is preferred.  Experience implementing NetSuite Record to Report, Procure to Pay, CRM and Project to Cash is required.   In this role, you will be expected to be able to assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems, and implement these plans to the client’s satisfaction. Candidates must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to solve business problems and more effectively run their businesses. Constantly improving the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients must be a top priority. Candidates need to be able to work with aggressive timelines, have excellent organization skills, and a positive attitude.  The position reports to Daston’s NetSuite Practice Executive and will assist with pre- sales efforts with existing and prospective clients.  In addition, this role will support the execution of our NetSuite Practice marketing, sales and consulting plans and includes the following related activities:

Consulting Responsibilities:

• Adhering to a detailed project plan to complete all project activities within the established timeline and budget
• Driving business process discussions and business requirements
• Identifying gaps between requirements and standard system functionality of NetSuite with DCAA-on-Demand
• Scoping, designing, and building of any required customizations
• Configuring NetSuite
• Guiding/performing data conversion strategy, preparation, execution, and reconciliation
• Facilitating/leading testing preparation and execution
• Facilitating/leading training
• Maintaining detailed project documentation
• Preparing and communicating project status

Sales Support Tasks: (functional)

• Assisting in Business Development
• Assisting leads\prospects (adding value through delivery of intro package, connect via Email, Phone, LinkedIn etc. and document interactions in Daston’s client database in NetSuite)
• Demonstrating our products
• Supporting Partner Sales Teams (Frequent contact\follow-up with stakeholders and prompt response to questions on product and working with NetSuite Practice Executive to provide estimates, SOWs etc.)
• Assisting with lead identification activities (making LinkedIn connections, populating Daston’s CRM database etc.)
• Assisting with marketing activities through providing administrative support for blogs, white papers, demonstrations, and webinars as needed

Product and Service Offering Support Tasks: (functional)

• Providing product development support for NetSuite Practice initiatives
• Leading requirements definition and test case development
• Providing functional support for testing activities
• Creating and updating Daston system documentation (training materials, training courses, user guides, desktop procedures etc.)
• All other duties as assigned

 Desired Skills and Experience:

• Ideal candidate would have implementation experience in NetSuite (Required)
• Deep knowledge of government contracting industry and financial systems (Required)
• Basic NetSuite core ERP functionality (Required)
• Experience in customizing reports, saved search and dashboards (Required)
• CSV import and conversion (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or General Business (Required)
• 3+ years’ experience implementing NetSuite software across a wide range of verticals
• Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative (Required)
• Customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills (Required)
• Experience with software in a SaaS environment (Required)
• Experience with change management in support of or in conjunction with a major IT/business initiative, developing test cases and end-user training packages (Preferred)
