As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Sheila specializes in the leadership and management complex, IT, finances, and operational projects resulting in on-time and on-budget deliveries. Her experience allows her to provide customers with software-based solutions for their organizations using her advanced skills with relational databases, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and business intelligence/decision support solutions.
Her diverse background, functional experience, and best business practice approach allows her to provide expert advice in the areas of consulting practice development, project management, financial system configuration, and information extraction/dissemination for strategic business implementations. As a Certified Business Systems Analyst (BSAC), Sheila utilizes her ability to analyze and access business processes to bridge the gap between business goals and technical requirements that result in fully accepted project deliverables. Sheila has a proven track record of directing the evolution of technical and non-technical solutions from concept through implementation and managing the needs of the customer, the consulting practice, its associated teams, and projects.
Sheila is NetSuite SuiteFoundations Certified with over 25 years of experience in the use, upgrade, implementation, and integration of ERP solutions particular to addressing the Government Contractor (GovCon) industry needs.
In her current role as NetSuite Practice Executive for The Daston Corporation, she is responsible for managing partner relationships with Oracle NetSuite and its affiliates. She oversees product development for Daston’s DCAA-on-Demand SuiteApp, as well as marketing, sales, project management, product delivery, consulting services, and client relations. As a NetSuite Foundation Certified and Senior Consultant for other GovCon ERP solutions, she has architected and implemented hundreds of ERP systems.
Previously, she worked as the Controller for NJVC, where she handled all accounting and financial operations for the company, including spearheading special projects, preparing company financials and business plans, and managing annual external agency audits. As Principal Project Manager for CSC, Sheila managed GovCon projects where she was recognized for superior performance and the ability to direct large, complex projects. Here, her project success included numerous NetSuite + DCAA-on-Demand implementations.
Sheila also served as a Senior Business System Analyst for Deltek Systems Inc., where she managed the relationship between Corporate IT and Finance. Here she helped Finance define technology needs and lead technology solution selection, implementations, and coordinating support. Additionally, she led all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Deltek, including project definition, planning, and management, gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, solution design, defining test plans and executing UAT, planning cutover and launch activities, developing and delivering training, and facilitating production support.
