Rachel McCauley

Rachel McCauley is an Director of Human Resources  at Daston, where she works to improve efficiency and contemporize back-end processes. Rachel is responsible for assisting with vendor bill management, payroll processing, new hire and benefits management, and internship recruitment.

Rachel hails from Morgantown, West Virginia, and has studied her passion for Criminology for over 10 years. Rachel previously worked in employee management positions for several businesses. She currently resides in Leesburg, VA with her husband.
